Dial Cordy Welcomes New Members to
the Team
H. Layton Bedsole,
Jr. R.E.M.: Senior Project Manager
Mr. Bedsole has over 25 years
experience in a variety of development and environmental managerial tasks
associated with port operations and maintenance, and the direction of
environmental documentation and permit authorizations in accordance with the
State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and the North Carolina Department of
Environment and Natural Resources. Mr.
Bedsole has directed numerous projects at both North
Carolina’s deep water ports in Wilmington
, and Morehead City.
These projects varied from the SEPA/NEPA process, regulatory
authorizations, dredged material management, site remediation and restoration,
dredging liaison, and interagency coordination.
He has a good understanding and practical experience with environmental
site development pertaining to port operations/maintenance and resource
management.
Martha
Robbart:
Senior
Marine Scientist / Project Manager
Ms. Robbart leads the Dial Cordy and Associates
Inc.’s new South Florida office as a Senior Marine Scientist and Project
Manager. She has over 10 years
experience in a variety of technical and
managerial tasks.
Her experience is associated with the
management, collection and analysis of data, preparation and technical writing
of marine resource assessments. Ms.
Robbart has participated in numerous projects throughout the southeast, Gulf of
Mexico and Caribbean involving the assessment of seagrass, coral reef and
wetland environments, preparation of technical documents, including impact
analyses, wetland assessments, permitting, mitigation site selection, and
interagency coordination.
She has a good
understanding and practical experience with regulations pertaining to Section
404 of the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, and state wetland
regulations including the Coastal Area Management
Act.
