One of the firm’s primary objectives is to maintain the high quality of its services by utilizing experienced professionals. The firm has
accomplished this by successfully recruiting professionals with advanced
degrees and/or years of experience in planning and environmental services. This
is particularly unique in the specialized environmental field, where
senior professionals are difficult to find. Consistency in investigation,
analytical, and reporting techniques is maintained by company-devised
strict quality assurance/quality control procedures, uniform data and
report formatting, and the development and utilization of a comprehensive
and multi-functional personal computer database system.
DC&A has developed extensive field operation capabilities and resources to support environmental resource studies, field data collection and
sampling, remote sensing of marine resources, and biological inventories
and assessments of terrestrial, aquatic, and marine ecosystems. The firm
utilizes state of the art technology for field surveying (DGPS), and
employs GIS applications for environmental database development, resource
mapping, trend analysis, spatial analysis, and general graphics
production.
DC&A has a proud history of producing technical work products of
the highest quality. Our professional staff of scientists, planners, and
regulatory specialists is dedicated to quality-controlled and timely
completion of contractual commitments. We have developed an excellent
reputation for technical competence, and the ability to efficiently
