Dial Cordy and Associates Inc.'s staff has considerable experience in siting, planning, and permitting public facilities, such as schools, parks, jails, museums, landfills, incinerators, and public utilities, including wastewater treatment systems, potable water pipeline corridors, and drainage improvements for flood control. Specific services include wetland and protected flora and fauna surveys, jurisdictional determinations, habitat evaluation procedures, alternative site analysis, surface water quality sampling, archeological surveys, wetland mitigation planning, state and federal permitting, relocation of Species of Special Concern, and environmental education program development.
